Here is Brook Rose Photography’s updated GDPR privacy policy:
Personal data I collect
I collect your name ,mobile number, and address so I know who I have booked for each wedding and to be able to contact you to find out more about your wedding day and deliver your images.
How I collect and keep your personal data:
I will collect your personal data through my contact form, which is password protected on my website and only I know the password.
Right of confirmation, access, rectification and erasure
If you have any questions on how I collect your personal information or what information I have about you please do just ask.
The only information belong to you that I would hand out is your mobile number to a second shooter so they can get hold of you on your wedding day.
I wont be selling any of your wedding images onto a third party, if I do get offered lots of money to sell one of the images from a wedding I would get in touch with you first and let you know and ask for your consent.
I do use images on social media, such as instagram, Facebook , Pinterest places where you have probably viewed my work before booking. However if you would prefer your images to be kept private than this is absolutely fine with me.
I keep your images on a password protected gallery online that you have access to. And also a password protected hard drive that I keep in my office .
